The factory is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. 10.000 m² area of ​​the cement factory, which has a total area of ​​25.000 m², is surrounded by a wall. There is an 80 m² guardhouse at the entrance of this production area and a 800 m² technical building at the other corner.

The production capacity of the factory is 65- 75 m³/ hour, 750- 800 m³/ day, 1.500-1.800 m³/ 24 hours. There is a railway at a distance of 72 m from the current location, and a railway dead end can be made inside the factory.

The land of the factory is flat, and the cement silo, concrete mixer, resting places of the workers and other elements are arranged side by side. In the factory, the 2nd cement silo can be installed without relocating the area reserved for sand and gravel. Thus, the production capacity can be increased 2.5 times. Apart from this, concrete mixer spare motor is available.

There is a 2.800 m long high voltage line (3000 V) and a power plant (240 kW) belonging to the factory. It also has its own artesian well with a depth of 82 m. In addition, there are 4 mixers and 3 trucks belonging to the factory.
