This neo-classical project will be done in Kestel. It consists of a single block and a total of 20 flats. There are 15 1+1, 2 3+1 duplexes, 1 2+1 duplex and 2 garden duplexes in the block.

It is within walking distance of the sea and there are schools, markets and restaurants around it. The block has its own swimming pool, fitness, sauna, lobby, cafeteria, open car park, garden lighting and video intercom system.

The project started on April 1, 2022 and will end on May 1, 2023.
